Our Coffee
To make the best cold brew you’ll find in Bali, we use carefully selected coffee beans from local farmers in the Aceh highlands, Indonesia. After the beans arrive in Bali, we roast (medium) in small batches and brew our coffee daily – cold, slow and delicious.
What is Cold Brew?
Cold brew coffee originated in Japan, where it has been a traditional method of coffee brewing for centuries. Because the ground coffee beans in cold-brewed coffee never come into contact with heated water, the process produces a chemical profile different from conventional brewing methods.
